Deep relaxation
The body leaves stress mode; breathing and heart rate slow down.
Join me for an hour of singing bowls, gong and gentle breath in an old house on the hill above the sea. Slow down, breathe, listen.

Each session lasts 60 minutes. You simply lie down and close your eyes: I guide you, and the sound does the rest.
We start with light breathing practices to relax the body and quiet the mind.
I play Tibetan singing bowls, gong and other instruments: a sound bath of vibrations you hear and feel with your whole body.
I close with a gentle meditation, so you return slowly and keep the calm with you.

Studies of singing bowl meditation report less tension, anxiety and low mood after a single session.
Many people sleep deeper and calmer on the night after a session.
An hour without racing thoughts: a reset for a tired, overloaded mind.
Vibrations of bowls and gong soften tension you didn't know you were holding.
A quiet sense of balance and connection that stays with you.
Sound healing is a relaxation practice and does not replace medical care.

Seven years of practice. A calm voice and gentle sound.
I'm a Vietnamese sound healer with more than 7 years of practice. I trained with teachers across Southeast Asia and weave singing bowls, gong and breath into a gentle, grounded ritual.
I hold private sessions in English, Russian or Vietnamese, and group sessions in English.

I hold my sessions at Zen Den in Mui Ne: an ancient house on the hillside, in a quiet, peaceful spot with a view of the sea. Away from the street noise, close to the wind and the water.

I spend every winter in Mui Ne, and the Sunday singing bowl sessions have become an essential part of my recovery after a week of active kitesurfing and mental work.
A new experience during our holiday in Mui Ne. I booked a private session for my wife and me to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be truly lovely.
I loved the ceremony and the unique atmosphere of the place itself: the wooden architecture, the birdsong that blended into the session, and gazing at the sea afterwards…
